Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions govern the use of credit cards and digital wallets for tuition

fee payments:
Accepted Payment Methods
The institution accepts the following forms of credit card payments:
● VISA
● MasterCard
● Diners Club
● Discover
● UnionPay

We also accept contactless NFC cards (e.g., Visa PayWave, MasterCard PayPass) and digital
wallet payments (e.g., Alipay Hong Kong, WeChat Pay Hong Kong). Please note that digital
wallet payments are available only for over-the-counter transactions.
Eligibility for Credit Card Payments
Credit card payments are applicable only when settling tuition fees for four (4) or more
classes.

Administrative Fees
For tuition fees paid through our online service platform, the following administrative fees will
apply:
● HK$15 for Visa or MasterCard transactions
● HK$20 for PayPal transactions

Cardholder Verification
If the signature on the credit card does not match the receipt or if the card appears unsigned,
our staff may request government-issued photo identification from the cardholder. Unsigned
credit cards will not be accepted for any transactions.

Prohibited Practices
The following practices are strictly prohibited:
● Accepting payment cards that provide cash advances or cashback benefits
● Imposing additional surcharges or fees on card transactions
● Issuing refunds that exceed the original payment amount

Payment Confirmation
All credit card transactions are considered complete only upon confirmation from the issuing
card company. Please retain both the tuition fee receipt and the corresponding credit card
transaction slip for your records.

Refund Policy
If a course is cancelled, altered, or refunded, the respective refund amount will be returned to
the original credit card account used for payment. Refunds are processed by the card-issuing
bank and typically require a minimum of three (3) weeks. The timeline and terms of the refund
are subject to the card issuer’s policies.

Refund-Related Fees
Refunds processed to credit card accounts may incur bank handling or processing charges. All
such costs, including any applicable risks or fees, are the responsibility of the credit cardholder.

Liability Disclaimer
As credit card payments constitute a direct transaction between the cardholder and the card
issuer, the institution assumes no liability for any disputes, delays, or issues arising from the use
of credit card services.

Cash Rebate and Reward Points
If a cardholder earns cash rebates or reward points on a transaction that is subsequently
cancelled or found to involve fraud or misconduct, the card issuer reserves the right to revoke
the earned rewards and deduct the equivalent value from the cardholder’s account without prior
notice. Please consult your card issuer for further details.

Governing Terms
Use of the above-mentioned payment methods is subject to both the terms of the respective
payment service providers and the policies of the institution. In the event of any disagreement or
dispute, the institution reserves the right to make the final and binding decision.
